Exchanges:
- You may exchange your item for a different size or alternative product within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase is required
Store Credit:
- Store credit is available for returns within 30 days of purchase
- Credit can be used for any future purchase on our website
- Store credit does not expire
Faulty or Defective Items:
- Full refunds are provided for items that are faulty or defective
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- We may require photographic evidence of the fault
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us for faulty items
How to Initiate a Return:

- Specify whether you would like an exchange or store credit
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
