Return Policy Details

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer the following options:

Exchanges:

  • You may exchange your item for a different size or alternative product within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase is required

Store Credit:

  • Store credit is available for returns within 30 days of purchase
  • Credit can be used for any future purchase on our website
  • Store credit does not expire

Faulty or Defective Items:

  • Full refunds are provided for items that are faulty or defective
  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • We may require photographic evidence of the fault
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us for faulty items

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team with your order number
  • Specify whether you would like an exchange or store credit
  • We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
